About Oliver (He/Him)

Oliver relocated from Sydney to Melbourne to undertake his Master of Professional Psychology at Monash University, and is doing his placement with the Strong Minds team. He works across the lifespan with children, adolescents, and adults, guided by the belief that each person is the expert of their own life. Oliver’s role draws out that expertise through combining a Cognitive Behavioural and Mindfulness approach to build practical strategies for change.

Oliver’s style brings a warm, collaborative, curious and genuine safe and non-judgemental space for anyone to explore and discover at their own pace.

Bachelor of Psychology, Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced, Masters of Professional Psychology (candidate)

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation. Oliver enjoys utilising a team perspective in building positive support networks for all individuals.

Going for bushwalks, playing soccer, and grabbing a coffee at a new café spot. Oliver recently completed a half marathon and is training for a full Marathon next. He enjoys watching premier league, gaming, and sifting through Spotify for his next song to repeat over and over again.
