
About Ness (She/Her)
Background: Ness has always been interested in working with people, especially those experiencing disability. She has worked in the area for over 20 years, particularly with children, adolescents and adults who have behaviours of concern. Additionally, Ness has worked in research and education in the disability sector.
Clients: Ness has worked extensively with disability accommodation settings and in family homes with both children and adults, and with children and adolescents in out of home care (foster care) settings. Ness particularly enjoys working with children and assisting them to build the skills to communicate their needs appropriately, and regulate their behaviours.

Bachelor Applied Science (Disability Studies) (Honours), Behaviour Intervention Major, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
