About Ella (She/Her)
Ella relocated from Western Australia to Melbourne to complete her Master of Professional Psychology at Monash University. She is completing her placement with the Strong Minds Psychology team.

Ella works from a trauma-informed and attachment-focused perspective, recognising the important role that early relationships and life experiences play in shaping our emotional wellbeing. She draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, attachment theory, and psychoeducation to tailor therapy to each individual’s needs.
